As global economic integration of the sustainable development, many international companies are increasing the investments in China, while lots of international projects focused on China manufacture market. Project Logistics has highly attention in China. It is important to conduct risk assessment to project logistics, which has high risk in Project execution.This paper conducted the study of logistics risk management for K Project in Qingdao, the main purpose is to find out risk assessment index for project logistics and quantitative calculation model. Based on case study of K project, both qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are conducted to ensure the assessment quality. In the end, the paper used method of Fuzzy and Synthetic evaluation to choose the plan of Project logistics scheme, which is significant improvement of daily work for Project Logistics.K project is an international project with multilateral cooperation, has high quality and safety requirements. This paper focused on following for project logistics:(1) First, project logistics has been defined and characteristics of project logistics risk have been introduced. The risk index of project logistics has defined as transportation risk, technical risk, delay risk, management risk, decision-making risk, environment risk. Thus it designs hierarchical structure model for project logistics risk assessment.(2) Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to indicate the weight of risk index and it will be used in calculation. It resolved the reasonable distribution of assessment index for risk management in project logistics.(3) After the comparison of plenty traditional evaluation ways of existing traditional assessment methods, this article adopts Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method to establish the risk assessment model for project logistics. The application example from K project was also introduced to show that the model can reflect the practical situation and the logistics scheme can be selected based on the risk assessment. A set of method with the combination of qualitative appraisal and theoretical calculation has been established, which guarantees the evaluation with the objectivity and the accuracy. This has the practical significance to the project logistics risk assessment and appraisal, and advances guiding sense to the project logistics work in the future.
