Research On The Dynamic Evaluation Method Of Enterprise Performance In Complex Manufacture Environment

With the economic globalization, the continuous development of fierce market competition, information science, network economy, knowledge economy and other factors are increasingly prominent. The demand for products is personalized and differentiated, which is caused by the operating environment, and business is becoming complex and uncertain in that environment. In this case, the traditional enterprise performance evaluation system and evaluation method have not well adapted to and met the need of enterprise development. Therefore, according to the performance of the current state of business, the enterprise suggests that what the performance will be in the next step. Leaders and policy makers make the appropriate adjustments and effective prevention in order to achieve sustained, rapid and healthy development of enterprises. Academia and the business have become a pressing need to address the issue.This paper is for the characteristics of enterprise performance evaluation in complex environment, according to performance evaluation of the basic theory, basic methods of industrial engineering, engineering economics, management science and other disciplines, basic principles, expert surveys, data analysis, computational intelligence algorithms and models, information technology development related to technology and methods, then a fuzzy cognitive map based on the dynamic performance evaluation of enterprise has been reached. This paper analyzes the current complex business environment, the characteristics of manufacturing and development needs, while, analyzes the current enterprise performance evaluation system and method, and proposes that companies need dynamic performance evaluation in complex manufacturing environment; Based on data collection, extensive reading and the actual research literature, according to the characteristics of fuzzy cognitive maps and principles, combined with enterprise performance evaluation of each index causal relationship between the implication of this, this paper puts forward to new performance evaluation methods based on the fuzzy cognitive maps. Through the initial screening and a check to build a business performance evaluation system, the meaning of each indicator and calculation methods are carried out a detailed description and the method detailed steps have been developed combined with the principles of fuzzy cognitive maps. Finally, this paper applies to the theoretical research results in business performance evaluation activities. Automobile manufacturers in Chongqing are the research object of this paper. This paper analyzes the environment that enterprise is currently facing, points out that the problems of current evaluation methods used by the enterprise, establishes the enterprise evaluation model based on business performance fuzzy cognitive map, then uses methods to carry out dynamic evaluation and simulation, and analyzes simulation results.
