In the time of knowledge economy, knowledge is gradually becoming the dominant economic recourse and competitive advantage of the enterprises, replacing the traditional elements such as labor, capital and land. An Enterprise's capability to create knowledge is the key factor of it's core competitiveness and sustainable development capability. So People become to pay more attention to knowledge creation. As a special kind of training mode, mentoring program catches the attention of both domestic and international enterprises. The knowledge creation under enterprise mentoring program is a little different from the general situation, for example, the main body to create knowledge is mentor and mentee. Besides, mentor is the main knowledge sender and mentee is the main receiver with certain knowledge overlapping and ratio. This paper first studied the revolution of knowledge quantity and knowledge level in SECI processes and analyzed the relationships between them. Then this paper studied SECI knowledge creation's influence factors from three aspects and classified all the factors according to the four processes of SECI. Thirdly, this study set up the mathematical model of SECI spiral and used"Origin"to simulate the knowledge creation affect.Through the simulation, this study reached following results: firstly, the proper original knowledge quantity ratio between mentor and mentee is benefit for the knowledge transfer and knowledge creation; secondly, the knowledge overlapping rate between mentor and mentee maintaining between 0.4-0.6 is most helpful to knowledge transferring; thirdly, compared with mentee's expressing ability, mentor's has more obvious impact on knowledge creation; fourthly, the knowledge integration ability has positive impact on knowledge level and the result depends on knowledge expressing. Finally, this study combined the simulation conclusions with the practical mentoring program of SNC, gave some suggestions to the company management in order to promote the mentoring program to achieve better results. |
