This article investigate the financial innovation in rural financial organizations based on the function perspective. China's Rural Financial System undergoes several changes. But now the rural financial organizations provide financial service still lags behind, and don't consistent with rural economy transformation of financial service growing demand. Firstly,this article revived and evaluated on the theory of financial development, rural financial development, theory of financial functions. Second this article analyze the characteristics of demand and supply of rural financial: Diversification of rural financial demands, the characteristics of the multilevel nature of objection demand rural financial supply diversification and multilevel nature; Third, this article evoluated rural financial organization evolution performance and new type of rural financial organization operation under the guidance of financial function view . Considering villages and bank as the main cast push type of a new type of rural financial organization reform deviated from construct poly-pattern, level-oriented rural financial system reform principles.
