Study On Information Sharing In Supply Chain Management Synergy

Nowadays, along with the economic globalization and information technology's rapid development, supply chain management has encountered many recent subjects during incessant practice: How to bring the supply chain to form synergism; how to lead the information sharing to be more efficiently in order to achieve the synergy of supply chain management and so on, these are the subjects which should be studied further. In view of this, the author proposed this article to study the propositions, utilizing the synergy theory, the information sharing theory and some other correlation theories; the research focusing on value's analysis of information sharing in supply chain management synergy, the information sharing pattern's establishment and the platform's building. The article expects to provide the theory basis for the research of information sharing in the supply chain management synergy.Whether the information can be shared is a key aspect to realize the supply chain management synergy, while the effective information sharing is an important safeguard of the supply chain's coordination operation. It is helpful in increasing supply chain's information transparent degree, and making various node enterprises in the supply chain to achieve coordination through each other's joint effort; it brings more benefit in order to supply more to other node enterprises in the supply chain, in the end promotes the supply chain's overall competitive power. Information sharing is the foundation of the supply chain management synergy; simultaneously the supply chain management should be able to promote information sharing effectively. Therefore, in order to enhance the supply chain managerial efficiency and effectiveness in our nation, it is necessary to do further research about the supply chain management synergy and information sharing.The article has defined the connotation, the types and the function of the supply chain management synergy, at the same time it elaborates the relation between information sharing and supply chain management synergy; the principles, the contents, and the characteristics of information sharing in the supply chain management synergy; it analyzes whether information sharing can create value in the chain management synergy, whether it can lead the supply chain to achieve synergism, and makes sure information sharing play a positive role in supply chain management synergy. Afterward, the paper describes four kinds of information sharing model, they are Information Transfer Model, Third Party Model, Information Hub Model and Core Enterprise Managed Model. On the basis of comparing and analyzing these four models, the article proposes an information sharing model based on the Core Enterprise Managed Model. Finally, it builds an information sharing platform, expounds the corresponding operation mechanism and its realization, this paper hopes that it can guarantee the information can be shared effectively.
