With the increasing maturity of China's securities market, the competition among securities companies also will be prominent. Customer manager can named the core staff of the securities company, who is responsible for the development and maintenance of the customers, to grasp the core business of the company. The management of securities companies pay more and more attentions to that if they can make the employees keep working with a good enthusiasm. However, the current performance system for Shi Jiazhuang securities companies is still in the initial trial stage, which has not been a systematic research and feasibility study. The paper makes it as an opportunity to research and analysis, it hopes to get a scientific system of performance pay salary used in this stage of the securities companies of Shi Jiazhuang.The purpose of this paper is to establish a set of performance salary system to stimulate the customer managers of securities companies in order to improve the competitive forces of the securities in Shi Jiazhuang.First of all, the paper has reviewed the theory about the concept of performance salary system and the basic principle of elaboration at home and abroad.Secondly, this paper has investigated the status of pay system for performance of the customer manager of the securities companies in the form of the questionnaire, in order to find all major factors related to the performance salary system. Then use of AHP method to determine the weight of each factor of the performance salary system, in order to provide a more scientific basis by improving the performance salary system.Then according to the previous data analysis and the establishment of performance salary system should pay attention to, the securities company customer manager performance appraisal and compensation paid to link effectively to establish a performance salary system.Finally, we use the designed compensation performance salary system on the SC securities company to make an empirical studies in order to analyze the feasibility and the reality of the system the paper has designed as well as the issue to be noticed, which to improve the current customer managers' performance salary system of the securities companies to make sure that the customer manager can be stabilized and efficient work.
