| The construction project is a complicated project integrating various subjects such as technology, economy, organization and management, etc into a whole. Its characteristics include large construction investment, long implementation cycle, difficult technology, disposable and non-repeatable project implementation, limited project resource and diverse project targets, etc. Since the reform and opening-up, the national economy of our country has developed rapidly and our GDP has ranked second in the world. With the fast development of the economy, the quantity of newly built construction projects is increasing at high speed and the construction scale is growing rapidly. While in the construction project, there exist many uncertain factors which are constantly changing and place the project in various risks and may cause threaten to the smooth implementation of the construction project in any time. Increasingly, people are realizing that the risk management is very important to the construction project. Currently, there is large gap of construction project risk between our country and advanced world level, and the research and application of risk management system, management theory and management technology in all respects are still in the development stage. This paper firstly makes an overview of the fundamental process of risk management of construction project, then concludes the characteristics of the risk management of proprietor, and puts forward an all-round dynamic risk management system in the implementation stage of the project for the proprietor, and discusses concrete problems such as the mode of risk management of proprietor, operation mechanism, construction of management system and method for organization and implementation. This paper is aiming at establishing a set of concrete and practical methods for risk management. |
