With the rapid development of Chinese economy and deepening reform of the national economic system. Chinese construction sector also has been ushered in the peak period of development. At the same time, the advantages of the form of dynamic alliance highlights at home and abroad. Dynamic alliance is a relatively new subject and there were more researches concentrated in related support environment, the feasibility and efficiency of technology, and component mode and operational mechanism internally. The negative studies of risk were less, and in the event of the risk it has a greater impact.Therefore, in order to maximize the benefits of the construction project and reduce risk, risk collaborative management of construction project dynamic alliance have been researched in this paper.In this paper, we took the methods of literature inquiries and expert interviews. Three categories of risk factors have been listed after repeatedly summary of a number of documents and interview, and they included a total of32detailed risk factors, which formed the main part of the preliminary questionnaire. After the survey, analysis and adjustment of the preliminary questionnaire in a small area, the final questionnaire has been gotten. After sorting and filtering, we ultimately obtained valid questionnaires.Valid questionnaires obtained have been analyzed using software of SPSS17.0. and10renamed risk factors have been obtained by the method of extracting principal components factor. Then the risk index system has been formed. Through combining an actual case of construction projects dynamic alliance, we empower the establishment of risk indicators by the use of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), and calculate the sort of risk indicators by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Then risk preventions and control strategies have been advanced. Finally, the framework system platform of construction project dynamic alliance risks collaborative management has been set up.This study of construction project dynamic alliance risk management refers to the synergies with "1+1≥2", and contributes to the construction project dynamic alliance risk management.
