An Emporricial Study Of Evaluation System About Private Corporate Social Responsibility

The company assuming the social responsibility has become a global phenomenon, the implementation of responsibility is no longer an expedient to Chinese enterprises, it is the requirements which conforms to the development of socio-economic, and also it is the inevitable choice of re-examining to achieve healthy and sustainable development. The private enterprises are very important to China's economy, but they are lack of social responsibility now. How to assess the private corporate social responsibility? How to make private enterprises to better shoulder their social responsibility? These are important research subject for private corporate.The author studied existing literature first,then analysed the current situation of private enterprises and the reasons of missed CSR. With the empirical studies, the author got the indicators and discriminant function to evaluate the responsibility about private corporate. So that, the government and the community can evaluate the private enterprises and urge enterprises to better practicing social responsibility effectively The following three parts are the main content of the paper:(1)By the theoretical analysis, analyzed the reasons and principles of CSR'division, then defined the theory of assuming CSR. On these results, determined the content and the objects of the basic social responsibility.(2) Establishing a indicator database for evaluating CSR through summarising the literature. With the specialists'points, designed the questionnaire 1 and 2, then distributed these two questionnaires to university scholars and business executives respectively. Based on the 120 valid questionnaires, nine indicators were obtained by paired samples T test. Customer complaint, employee earnings, owner satisfaction, philanthropy, production accidents, product quality, environmental pollution, contract signing and implementation, as well as other violations.(3)Designed the questionnaire 3 with the indicators, and conducted a survey of private enterprises in Zhejiang province.According to available data from 150 valid questionnaires, got the function with rapid cluster analysis and discriminant analysis, it can evaluate the situation of csr about private enterprises.(4) Finally, research findings were discussed and put forward the management of enlightenment to private corporate social responsibility related.
