Study On The Evaluation Of Social Responsibility Of Private Enterprises Based On The Symbiosis Theory

With the development of the global economy, the market competition is becomin g more and more fierce, and the voice of the people in the society requires the ente rprises to fulfill their social responsibilities. Enterprises fulfill their social responsibilit y to the harmonious development of China's modern society and its own sustainable development in the market competition. As the backbone of China's economic entities, private enterprises need to assume the corporate social responsibility, to improve peo pie's livelihood, promote China's economic development to make contribution. And ou r country private enterprise to fulfill social responsibility has not yet reached the exp ectations of our people, because corporate default caused by adverse events still occu r from time to time. Therefore, private enterprises in our country must constantly ere ate and maintain a harmonious environment for the development of enterprises, positi ve commitment to social responsibility to the society from all walks of life, the purs uit of cooperation symbiosis and win-win situation, in order to make the enterprise a nd society together to achieve the grand goal of sustainable development.In this study, the social responsibility of private enterprise performance as the re search object, based on the symbiosis theory as the foundation, combined with the sp ecial background of China's private enterprises, using the method of combining norma tive research and statistical analysis, applicable to the construction of China's private enterprises social responsibility evaluation system. This paper first reviews and summ arizes the relevant literatures about the concept of symbiosis and corporate social res ponsibility and its evaluation and research achievements, expounds the basic theory of the concept and content of corporate social responsibility and social responsibility ev aluation; secondly analyzes the current situation of social responsibility of private ent erprises in China, from the perspective of symbiosis theory about the establishment o f private enterprises symbiosis, points out the main content of social responsibility of private enterprises and on the basis of the content of social responsibility of the sy mbiotic unit selects evaluation indexes, constructed the evaluation system of social re sponsibility of private enterprises; then using factor analysis and principal component analysis of the application of the evaluation system in 133 private enterprises and list ing Corporation, to the fulfillment of Social Responsibility Evaluation the private ente rprises in our country, and to fulfill the responsibility of different objects are obtaine d based on scores of statistics; The conclusion is China's private enterprises in the p erformance of social responsibility on the overall development trend of average, but on different symbiotic units to fulfill social responsibility of difference larger external stakeholders symbiotic unit performance is poor; finally, according to empirical resul ts we for private enterprises to fulfill the inadequacies of social responsibility from t he angles of consumer, employee, community of put forward to strengthen private en terprise society responsibility construction countermeasures of the symbiosis theory ba sed on.
