The Research On Deepening The Application Strategies In Manufacturing Informatization

Manufacturing informatization is a complex system engineering. Its construction process is a long lasting improving process, a process of deepening IT applications continuously, and a process from steady state to next steady state through change. Base on the status of manufacturing informatization in China, this paper deeply analyzes the process of Chinese enterprise informatization construction from beginning to standard and then to refine time by the analysis of enterprise management theory and the IT governance theory and some demonstrations.From management, ERP, PLM and IT, four areas, this paper also analyzes the strategies of deepening IT applications. Through the comparison of IT department functions during the different stages of informatization development, this paper describes the principles and methods of enterprise IT governance as well. The main contents of this paper include: the assessment of enterprises informatization status by E-ITAMM, the typical problems in the construction of enterprises informatization, the strategies of deepening IT applications in ERP, PLM and IT areas, the solutions of building enterprises informatization construction security system from the point of IT governance. This paper also analyze the strategies and safeguards of deepening IT applications through demonstrations. Recently, the main informatization construction in China is in the stage of going to the refine time from standard time, this paper provides a reference value to manufacturing enterprises in deepening IT applications by the contents of informatization evaluation methodology, the main point in the beginning, standard and refine time of informatization, and so on.
