Refined oil product marketing is an important link chain in oil sales enterprise.With the unpredictable in oil market, how to establish a set of modern petroleum marketing system is a priority in oil sales enterprise in order to improve the market competitiveness, and meet the challenges of the moment. With the fierce competition in the market, only with own stable and growing market share, can the enterprise stand in the indefectible position.Using the method of combining the practice and theory, the thesis adopts a systemic study for China's oil Shandong jining branch sales marketing system. It straightened out the relationship between enterprise management and sales, analysed the status of the sales company in Shandong Jining, and pointed out the existing problems in the enterprise. Then the thesis put forward the improvement measures and suggestions accordingly.The study on marketing products of China's oil Shandong Jining branch company can promote enterprise establishing modern product marketing system.Whatsmore, its result offers a good reference for other oil sales enterprise.Firstly the thesis gives a brief description on oil product marketing theories and the status of oil sales enterprise domestic and overseas.And then it analyses the internal and external environment as well as the competitors based on the reality of China's oil Shandong Jining branch. Nextly it points out the problems in marketing system of the enterprise. Lastly, the thesis gives some suggestions and measures on the marketing system of China Petroleum Shandong Jining branch-company. Under the establishment modern marketing system the basic request, the Chinese Petroleum Shandong Jining Sale Subsidiary company refined oil marketing service should take sell the profit maximization, the investment repayment maximization and the market share maximization as goals, take the market as the guidanceTake the customer as the center, the science formulation marketing strategy, the development service space, establishes the marketing service unification regulation, the physical distribution organization relative centralism, the leading product sale specialization, the organizational structure flattening, the production and marketing connection marketability, the management decision-making informationization big physical distribution, the big market, the big marketing, the specialization, flat -like, the high efficiency marketing system gradually.
