Research Of Information Construction In Agricultural Development Bank Of China, Hunan Branch

Finance is the core of modern economy , and modern finance , as knowledge-intensive industry, presents knowledge-based and information-based characteristic gradually. Information technology is not only the foundation of establishing the safe, efficient modern financial service system, but also is important to improve the internal management level of the bank and thus enhance the resource allocation efficiency. Information has turned into lifeline of the modern financial service. After the Agricultural Development Bank of China, Hunan branch (hereafter be shorted as ADBC of Hunan) found up, the bank are devoted to make itself meet requirement of "build new agricultural bank and modern agricultural policy-orient bank". The issues that are accelerating the paces of information construction, realizing the leaping forward development of information construction become basic and strategic projects to realize the above goals for ADBC of HunanThis thesis, took ADBC of Hunan as an example, researched and explored information construction and also proposed an implementation plan. At first, the thesis summarized the current situation of information development of the developed country's banking industry, our country's commercial bank, and our country's policy-oriented bank, which can provide a lot of references and inspirations to the information construction in ADBC of Hunan. Moreover, based on the national policy-oriented bank feature of ADBC in Hunan, the thesis described the 15 years history of the information development in ADBC of Hunan, analyzed the risk which ADBC of Hunan will be faced with in the process of information construction, studied the difficulties of information construction, discussed the guiding principle and objectives of information construction, finally proposed the tasks, emphasis and measures for information construction in ADBC of Hunan.
