Mass customization will become the mainstream model in industry and sales. Because this model not only continues the previous volume production scale manufacturing enterprises, but also customized solutions through the production and marketing model does not match the previous result in excess capacity and so on. As a new model in industry and salesl, mass customization requires a cost corresponding to control. Traditional cost control has limitations in their control, controling methods and other issues are no longer applicable to the Mass customization manufacturing.This paper base on value chain analysis framework, from product development to marketing and design has been part of the mode manufacturing companies in various stages of the value of the cost, and make the corresponding control, one of its manufacturing to mass customization cost control construction companies a complete set of systems and methods.The first chapter is an introduction part of this article, including research background, meaning topics, research ideas, and other relevant literature review. The second chapter describes in detail the value chain theory, mass customization and cost-control theory. Chapter III system analysis of mass customization manufacturing cost of each stage of value chain, including R & D and design cost analysis, cost analysis of the procurement phase, manufacturing phase cost analysis, marketing, cost analysis phase. The fourth chapter in the overall design of the mode of manufacturing cost control system based on using the most appropriate way to control the Ge stepped cost. Including the use of target costing and value engineering methods to control R & D and design and operating cost control and procurement phase of AHP cost, operating cost and the cost of the manufacturing stage of production line control, activity based costing and customer value management, cost control the marketing stage.
