Since the summer of 2008, the U.S. sub-prime mortgage crisis,E companyneed to do a deep thinking to the future direction。As a foreign manufacturingenterprises in China,E Company CRM system includes three ones: Fisher-first;OPS;SOP。And with these three systems connection, E Company can do well incustomer information management. In the production flow,E company uses FourShift system. This system focuses on production, and includes purchase\releasecustomer order to assembly\packing Etc.This theory bases on practice,and focus on E company's CRM and ERPintegration, consider its Possibility, necessity and Method. With customer's codeused,the information successfully transfers from CRM to ERP. While reducing laborcosts,this process avoids manual mistakes。And we can use CRM systeminformation for ERP forecast. Based on CRM and ERP integration ,E companyachieves a comprehensive upgrade,improves the quality of customer management,Customer inquiries can be made to face the rapid reaction;control inventory;reduce company's lead time;The new product development has more responsive tofuture market.
