The enterprise risk management has brought about brand-new business management model for us. Taking the operation of the enterprise at all levels to be integrity to establish enterprise risk management system and lay solid foundation for getting profit is the safe and efficient powerful guarantee for lifting the operation of the value-added chain of the enterprise supply chain. Besides, the author also discusses the risk management strategies to be taken in accordance with the nature, degree and influence of the risk to the strategic target.With the China's access to the WTO, the China's large state-owned enterprises (SOEs) have undergone the shift from the planned economy to the market economy and increasingly integrated themselves into the world economy and they has been developing toward the international and global transnational enterprises, thus will be faced with more and more risk and crisis, so the application of the risk management in the China's large SOEs has become the demand of the times.
