The internal friction is state-owned enterprise's stubborn illness, which seriously affects cultural atmosphere, working efficiency and market competitive power. Therefore, to carry on the deep analysis and the management research to it has important theory significance and practice value. This thesis has conducted thoroughly systematic research for the first time to the internal friction in large-scale state-owned enterprise management system,and has mainly presented following aspects in the research and the innovation:Firstly, to summarize domestic and foreign research literatures about the internal friction, and systematically to reorganize the enterprise internal friction in terms of its implications, origins, types, management countermeasures, as well as its rationale and etc., the thesis made brief comments on those issues.Secondly, the thesis systematically analyzed the internal friction's origins, characteristics, levels, scales, influence factors and etc. From both points of view of negative influence of Chinese traditional culture and weakness of state-owned enterprise system, the thesis analyzed the relations between the internal friction and those two aspects, and compared the internal friction with competition and conflict. The thesis carried on the analysis to interaction relations between Chinese and foreign enterprise management patterns and home country culture, and conducted the thorough research to the enterprise internal friction using management philosophy and systems theory.Thirdly, the thesis carried on typical type analysis and quantitative investigation to the internal friction. The analysis mainly focused on the internal friction and its characteristics which caused by benefit demands of unfair assignments. From both aspects of the value chain and the human resources, the thesis explored the formation and the quota measure of the internal friction, and gave sample cases.Fourthly, the thesis searched"the filterable virus"which caused the internal friction from factors of Chinese traditional culture, and analyzed the pathology of the"virus", and studied its characteristics.
