Research On The Knowledge Management System Of 35th Aerospace Institute

With the rapid development of science and technology, human society has entered the era of knowledge economy during the 21st century, and knowledge becomes the core of the organization's most valuable resource. Knowledge management is an effective tool to acquire, maintain and strengthen the core competitive advantage; knowledge management system has becomes an important platform for knowledge management to carry out.In the field of aerospace, model development requires plenty of knowledge resources as a support due to its complex development process and high requirements of quality. It is very significant to carry out knowledge management for aerospace research and development units. As an aerospace research and development units, 35th aerospace institute is a knowledge-intensive organization, the role of knowledge management is much more important. In particular, it is importantly practical significance according to establishing a rational and effective knowledge management system to promote the capability of the scientific research and management model staff, to ensure progress and quality of developing models, and to improve the level of organizational knowledge management comprehensively too.In this paper, the knowledge management system of 35th aerospace institute is researched. Firstly, it is analyzed both from the important role of knowledge management in the technological innovation management practice and the status of knowledge management in aerospace industry, also, a literature review has been conducted on knowledge management theories. Secondly, it has pointed out the nessissity of designing the knowledge management system. Through the evaluation of the level of knowledge management as well as current knowledge management problems in the discussion, a more in-depth analysis has done about the status of knowledge management. In chapter 3, the overall framework of knowledge management system is designed, and the association between knowledge storage subsystem, knowledge acquisition and sharing subsystem, knowledge application and innovation subsystems is analyzed. Also, each subsystem is designed. Finally, including four aspects: the creation of a knowledge management culture atmosphere, optimal design of organizational structure, the construction of incentive system and the improving of knowledge management information system, the knowledge management system support measures have been designed to guarantee the effective implementation of knowledge management system. According to the investigation above, a knowledge management system of 35th aerospace institute has benn researched. It is significant both for raising the level of knowledge management and enhancing the core competitive advantages of 35th aerospace institute.
