Since the 1990th, the operating environment of the enterprise has been changed violently, enterprises are more and more hard to control external environment and make their strategy following with the dynamic environment. Therefore, Enterprises eagerly need new theory that can guide of the behavior of enterprises. So, Pisano and Shuen firstly put forward theory framework of the dynamic capabilities .Since that, A series of innovative achievement has been obtained .it gradually becomes the advancing theory of strategic management. However, the quantification research on evaluation system of enterprise dynamic capabilities is not much , moreover, the opinion is varied from one to one.An accurate evaluation system of enterprise dynamic capabilities contributes to understanding itself competitive level and to knowing the gap clearly with first‐rank enterprise , to provide new direction for making competition strategy.The paper mainly researches the evaluation system of enterprise dynamic capabilities, based on researching interrelated theory, this paper establishes evaluation model by defining four dimensionalities and sixteen indexes, and use strategic decision function of the AHP to obtain weighing of the indexes, finally take the TBEA for example, try to find the way of how to improve the dynamic capabilities.This paper includes five parts: In chapter one, it briefly introduces the research background, train of thought, methods and innovation. In chapter two, it summarizes the theory of dynamic capabilities. In chapter three, it establishes evaluation model. In chapter four, it evaluates the dynamic capabilities level of TBEA. In chapter five, it summarizes the whole study and puts forward previews of future research.
