With the upcoming 3G licencesissued, telecommunications market will formed much home competition pattern, themarket competition strength unceasingly strengthens, competitive manner alsosubsequently by price competition turned to a higher level of business, service, brandand cultural aspects of competition, China Mobile Group Shanxi Co., Ltd is in adevelopment of historical moment, must actively explore enterprise culture constructionbased on core competition and give the countermeasures.This paper mainly focuses on the research content of the following three aspects:Construct communication enterprises core competitiveness factor;Expounds thecorporate culture of shanxi mobile construction method and step;By constructing theenterprise culture benchmarking management system, further improve enterprise cultureon the core competitiveness of the contribution of the construction of enterprise culture,realize the leaping and promote the enterprise development comprehensively towardsexcellence.CMCC shanxi is now building its customsized corporate culturual managing martixsystem, to forcefully improve its core competences by understanding the culture of thecompany deeper and deeper, focusing on merging the process of building corporatecultrual system and the practices of firm's management as one, to form its own visionand guidence of the company. whilst creatively achieveing enterprise culture ofinternalization, transformation and curing work. This process will gradually changingthe employee's attitude of treating orporate cultrual system. there are three steps ofimpacts, obey, self-indentity and internalization, which will influence firm's cohesionand encourage self-motived activities. finally, corporate cultrual system will becomeas sustainable core competence of the company. This article is trying to deconstruct the importance of corporate culture in CMCC shanxi,to help which realize that how corporate culture improve the company to the new levelon a comperhensive consturction basis.
