Under the new business market environment, the key to move the company stock market competition is the stability of the customer’s mobile business group of customers because affected individuals higher average ARPU of other factors, become key elements of market competition, is currently the various mobile operators One important part of the market share improvement. Therefore, the operators only rising mobile services personalized, differentiated services to better meet the needs of mobile customers, is the main way to achieve market to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This article first STP marketing theory used in the paper, 4R marketing theory, relationship marketing theory expounded, and then practice at home and abroad for a large customer marketing carriers were analyzed. Secondly, the paper Shanxi Mobile Group conducted a SWOT customer market and customer response from four aspects customer returns, related customers, customer relationship Shanxi Mobile Group customer marketing problems were analyzed. Finally, the paper proposes Shanxi Mobile Group customers 4R marketing strategy and implementation support.The main results of this paper is to Shanxi Mobile Group customer market segmentation and positioning strategy is proposed based on a customer’s affiliates 4G technology from the perspective of 4R marketing strategy to strengthen the Group’s mobile market response strategies, strengthen relationships with customers of the Group’s marketing strategy, attention to customer marketing group returns control strategies. And proposed safeguards Shanxi Mobile Group’s customers 4RS marketing strategy: good customer service group, enhance product integration capabilities, deepen business applications, the use of TD networks to effectively break the group market, the establishment of high quality, efficient service team, greatly enhance the Group’s ability to expand customer channels. This paper selects Shanxi Mobile Group customer marketing strategy research, in theory, be able to enrich the content of the marketing strategy research. Shanxi Mobile is able to grow to provide a reference from a practical sense.
