Reverse logistics was brought up in the 1990s,and its academic research is continually developing by the influence of sustainable development strategy and developing circular economy.However, by making a compreh-en sive survey about the recent researches,I find that most of the researches focus on the design of reverse logistics networks under certain circumstances. At the same time, reuse is regarded as a major form of a reverse logistics.The studies about it are not so many,and most of them believed that further use of reverse logistics network structure is simple,and the uncertain factors were neglected.The purpose of the paper considered the various of uncertain factors, and made all kinds of uncertainty in the environment to use reverse logistics network design.Then propose the method of how to design the reuse reverse logistics network in all kinds of uncertain circumstance,and direct enterprise practice.This paper is based on the above background, the article introduces the present research concept and composing of reverse logistics and explains the difference between reverse logistics based on all word scholars's study about theories and practices of reverse logistics firstly,and studies network structure of reverse logistics and constructs the reclaiming network for the different discarded goods and reclaiming method secondly . In this paper, mainly in the f three areas is as follows:1. I study the design of the reverse logistics under random circumstance. The collection and disposal rates are regarded as random parameters, then construct the corresponding mathematical models ,Firstly I convert a uncertainty model into a certain model for solving, and then use the hybrid intelligent genetic algorithms to solve the model, the adoption of the last example shows that the latter method is superior to the results of solving the former.2. I study the municipal solid waste reverse logistics network design under the fuzzy circumstance . The transit point for everyday reco- very is regarded as fuzzy parameters, I use the fuzzy programming to build a reverse logistics network, the adoption of the last example showes the feasibility of the model and algorithm.3. I study reverse logistics research in the fuzzy circumstance taked for example, the use of bilevel programming model and mixed integer programming model is to modeling, and I give concrete examples and algorithms to realize the cost of transport nodes and the cost of operating the smallest goal, there is a certain degree of planning guidance for reverse logistics. |
