Human resource management of 4p mode which bases on enterprise-oriented strategic is innovation of human resource management mode, it made the human resource management and enterprise linked closely, based on enterprise-oriented strategic and two fundamental of "people" and "position", analyzed the relations between personality management position management performance management,pay management and enterprise strategy in the vertical, as well as their mutual relations in the horizontal, commanded the personality management,position management,performance management,pay management through enterprise strategy, to achieve the strategic management of enterprise's human resource. With process of the world economic integration speeded up, to survive and develop, enterprises must begin with the traditional management style to the modern management mode, the human resources as a strategic business asset, human resource management mode of innovation and new management techniques in order to improve the overall business management. Through the establishment of 4p management mode based on the enterprise-oriented strategic to better meet the needs of enterprise strategy development.During the writing of the thesis, I summarized the theory of 4p mode,MBO,BSC and KPI, put forward method and design idea of establishment of 4p mode system which based on the strategic orientation, took the W machine manufacture enterprise for the evidence case, reported the situation of development of enterprise, analyzed deeply the existent problem of enterprise human resource management, and used the analytic method of SWOT to analyze, based on guidance of enterprise strategic management, established enterprise 4p mode system of management and put it to use. The whole thesis used the strategic management to guide the human resource management, and point out the direction for the development of human resource management. This thesis adopted the interviews with internal and external, and the research with internal and external, to complete the diagnosis of enterprise human resource management at present, and then discover and think about the problems, and find out the possible solution to the problem finally:using the method of SWOT to analyze enterprise strategy, and resolve it, and then establish 4p mode of human resource management which based on the enterprise strategic orientation.
