With the rapid development of economy and society, profound changes have taken place in individual career mode. More and more comprehensive division and cooperation, no longer steady job, changing skills and labor mobility are common characteristics in the modern era of industrialization which demands people with multiple skills, multifunction, all-round development rather than the original fixed single-function people. Under this background, the laborer professional elasticity is causing more and more attention from scholars who all think of elastic as a kind of ability, performance, power, or hidden power. In a word, common features of laborer professional elastic show on the ability to recover in the face of the pressure and trouble, the ability to adaptation and coping capacity, power and willing, overcoming and recovering from pressure and difficulties etc.Research on career resilience conforms to the research doctrine of the psychology of happiness, the enterprise’s social functions of servicing social economy and people, and the human-oriented management concept. Researches on explanation of Happiness are being placed in imposing array at Harvard University, and have been affecting many areas of society. Many ideas of the psychology of happiness have penetrated the management field, and placed a significant influence on the field. In the field of management, professors of organizational Behavioral Science also recognize the great effect and potential value of applying happiness theory into management. And research on career flexibility just interprets this value from a unique angle.The paper first assesses career resilience in the specific industry, analyzes the main factors which are determined through integrating other scholar’s study and combining with the characteristics of antimony industry, and verifies the application of foreign professional elastic scale and related factors affecting the measurement scale in China. A survey on career flexibility and its main factors was carried out on salesman from GUANGDONG Mikuni Antimony Industries Co., Ltd. Random sampling method were applied and measuring scales from foreign scholars were chosen, and an exploratory and stability analysis are used to certify the application of scale into specific industries, then the new scale was used to do exploratory and stability test. GUANGDONG Mikuni Antimony Industries Co., Ltd integrated by GUANGDONG Metallurgical Economic & Technology Development Co. of China with Yamanaka & Co., Ltd, and Mitsui & Co., Ltd was established in 1991. Beside larger size, long history, the company is also characterized by its large number of salesmen from China and Japanese. The average educational level of those salesmen are college degree or above. So data are reliable.Using statistical analysis, independent sample t-test, correlation analysis and regression analysis with SPSS21.0 to analyze career resilience and to qualitative analyze the related factors, the main conclusions are as following:1. Career resilience on the distribution of the demographic variables show career flexibility differences on different groups. Age, salary, promotion, nationality and marital status all have significant effects on career flexibility of antimony industry salesman while working years and seniority don’t.2. Mission orientation, transformational leadership and active personality have significant effects on career resilience of antimony industry salesman. And career resilience varied with changes of mission orientation, transformational leadership and active personality;3. Career resilience and its factors between Chinese and Japanese antimony salesman show significant differences. Japanese salesmen have higher career resilience, mission orientation, transformational leadership and active personality level than Chinese salesmen.Finally, based on the empirical test results and experience, the paper discusses the disadvantages and future research direction, and put forward suggestions.Great significance of introducing career resilience of salesman into the development and comprehensive management of human resources management were shown in the paper. In theory, it helps to promote the researches on salesman career planning and career plateau, career crisis, and the concept of career success. Introducing career resilience of salesman into the development and comprehensive management of human resources management will promote the effective exploration of the theoretical study on human resources development, and improve the performance of the enterprise or organization. In practice, it help salesmen to better self-understand, overcome the occupational stress, better self-manage on career crisis, and develop and improve their business potential; And the same time, quantitative understanding of the salesman career resilience helps managers to cope with career change of salesman, to gain enterprise and individual win-win results in the human resource management of salesman, which have positive significance on the implementation of the organizational change.
