With the continuous progress of society,entrepreneurs have deeply realized the important position of employee motivation in the company’s operation.Through the use of salary incentives,promotion and other incentives,not only can help enterprises retain core employees,but also can effectively mobilize the work enthusiasm of core employees,cultivate the subjective initiative of employees to strive to achieve corporate goals,and save management costs.On the contrary,due to the lagging incentive mechanism,employees will be dissatisfied,resulting in slack,and even a large number of core personnel loss,thus making the company’s operation in trouble.A hotel is in the fierce competition in the hotel industry,and a series of incentive mechanisms within the hotel just stay on the surface.The salary level lacks competition,the staff lacks goals and motivation,the recruitment of talents is difficult,and the problem of brain drain is becoming increasingly prominent.Based on the two-factor theory,this paper discusses the implementation effect of the incentive mechanism for the core staff of Hotel A.Based on the latest research results at home and abroad,the research model is constructed,the research hypothesis is put forward,the incentive system of Hotel A is summarized,the root cause of the problem is analyzed,and different incentive measures are proposed;On this basis,the key staff of the hotel are encouraged,including the optimization of the incentive mechanism for middle and senior managers and grass-roots managers.Literature analysis,case analysis and questionnaire survey were used for the analysis.By analyzing the survey data of the actual situation of A hotel through SPSS,the root cause of the rigidity of its incentive system and the lack of goals is analyzed.According to the needs of specific groups,the author finally advocates a humanized and personalized incentive system and formulates people-oriented,flexible and personalized incentive methods,which has certain enlightenment for the reform of the hotel personnel system in the future. |
