With the rapid development of domestic market economy,the pressure of competition among enterprises is intensifying.As the core resources of enterprises,employees become the key factors of enterprise management.A reasonable and effective employee incentive mechanism can not only improve the working efficiency of employees,tap their potential and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,but also solve the problems of brain drain,low employee efficiency and insufficient cohesion in enterprises.Textile and garment industry is the pillar industry of China,among which there are a large number of small and medium-sized garment enterprises,and the competition is fierce.Problems such as slow product update,large employee mobility,reduced talent stability and unstable brand culture development occur frequently.Enterprises to establish and implement a scientific and effective employee incentive mechanism,so as to attract talents,stimulate production potential,improve the overall operation efficiency is the key to the good development of small and medium-sized garment enterprises.At present,the reasonable improvement of employee incentive mechanism has become an important issue and established a certain basis,but there is still room for exploration in the research of small and medium-sized clothing enterprises.This paper takes Shanghai Jianji Clothing Co.,LTD as the research object,and the main contents are as follows:Through questionnaires and field visits,the paper analyzes the company’s general situation,staff composition,operation management and the operation status of employee incentive mechanism.The investigation and analysis show that the company’s current incentive mechanism has some problems,such as ineffective compensation incentive effect,unsatisfactory working atmosphere,lack of promotion and fairness.Combined with literature review and principal component analysis,the author designed and issued a questionnaire covering a full range of incentive factors.SPSS software was used to analyze and verify the reliability and validity of the questionnaire results,and analyzed the satisfaction evaluation and ranking of employees on incentive factors.Finally,based on AHP analytic hierarchy process,the paper confirms the weight index and ranking of certain incentive factors.The results of the questionnaire and AHP are differentiated and compared,which lays a foundation for the improvement of the incentive mechanism.Based on the previous research,this paper analyzes the design principles,objectives and ideas of the incentive mechanism to improve the design of the prerequisite.This paper puts forward the methods of performance appraisal,assigning posts and responsibilities,and establishing talent pool.From the four aspects of perfecting salary management,establishing harmonious working atmosphere,unblocking promotion channel and optimizing emotional motivation,the paper studies the specific scheme of improving the design of employee incentive mechanism,and analyzes the expected implementation effect of the improvement scheme.At last,the paper expounds the safeguard measures for improving the incentive mechanism by combining the four improvement aspects.This paper obtains the ranking of incentive factors by investigating employees’ satisfaction with incentive factors.Meanwhile,it determines the weight and ranking of the second incentive factor based on expert interview and AHP.By comparing and analyzing the difference of the two kinds of ranking results,it further obtains the core content of improving incentive mechanism.According to the classic incentive concept and the company research situation,the paper combined with the innovative method gives the concrete plan to improve the incentive mechanism.This paper provides theoretical reference and path for companies and other small and medium-sized garment enterprises to solve the problem of employee motivation.
