Research On Corporate Culture In Foreign-invested Enterprises In Tianjin Binhai New Area Based On Ideological And Political Work

As China's third engine of regional economic growth following Shenzhen and Shanghai Pudong New area, Tianjin Binhai New Area attracts more and more attention from investors through its important role in the national development strategy and its privilege to implement"pilot"comprehensive reform policies as well as its outstanding conditions in terms of location, personnel, transportation and infrastructure construction. Tianjin Binhai New Area currently gathers numerous companies, a great number of which are renowned multinational companies. As these foreign-invested enterprises taking root in Binhai New Area, an issue has to be faced that how to take advantage of the local inexpensive labor force which creates new job opportunities and integrates tightly the western management belief and the Chinese traditional culture in order to promote production and achieve a mutual-benefit situation in harmony. Whether traditional style works in Party construction and the ideological and political work in foreign-invested enterprises and keeps pace with the times to perform as guidance in thinking unity, masses unity and efforts integration; whether the ideological and political work reconciles with foreign corporate culture to promote employee dedication and sacrifices and to enhance efficiency to achieve harmonious relationships between employees and employers and optimal output as well, in this sense, it becomes a meaningful topic to strength the research and analysis of corporate culture of foreign-funded enterprises as taking into consideration the further development and openness of Binhai New Area.In this thesis,basic concepts are firstly demonstrated,such as the basic experience of China opening up,the concepts and origin of corporate culture of foreign-funded enterprises and the meaning and function of ideological and political work;then the characteristics of representative corporate culture of foreign-invested enterprises have been analyzed,on the basis of which the importance of culture construction and ideological and political work to corporate management is introduced. In addition,the advantage\weakness and development prospects of the construction and development of corporate culture in foreign-invested enterprises in Binhai New area have been analyzed through the analysis of status quo and layout of corporate ideological and political work and culture construction of Motorola and tinghsin,employing the method of the analysis of SWOT and comparative research and analysis. Finally,strategic suggestion and prospect has been proposed about the ideological and political work in foreign-invested enterprises in Binhai New Area on the basis of the above analysis and research.
