Studies On Evolutionary Mechanism Of Regional Economic System Based On Self-organizing Theory

With the globalization developing rapidly,all the countries in the world are gradually paying more and more attentions to regional economic issues.Nowadays,during the process of China's urbanization and industrialization,a series of problems,such as the dual economy,the difference of income between cities and villages,regional difference of income,seem to become muchu more serions than before.So we have to research on the evolutionary mechanism of regional economic spatial structure at present,and go deep into analyzing the contradictions of regional economic development,striving to resolve some non-harmonious problems during the regional economic development.This paper analyzed respectively the self-organizational characteristic of regional economic system and its evolutional mechanisms based on the thougthts of synergetics theory and dissipation structure of self-organization theory,in prospect of providing a new vision for the regional economic research and enriching the content of regional economics and city economics.The innovations of this paper may be summarized as following aspects:(1)This essay considers the regional economic systems as the study target.Its definition is much more wider than the meaning of city or urban agglomeration.In the view of pattern,the regional economic system refers to a system which are made of different types of regions , which evolve from small to large:city-town cluster , urban circle and megalopolis.On the view of extent,a regional spatial structure in a country or a whole country,even the global economic systems,are all can be considered as a regional economic system.(2)The paper first studies in which situation the economic system will behave automatically,based on the dissipation structure of self-organization theory,and then make a conclusion that what measures we should take to make the regional economic system develop well:first of all,we should take fully open policy,and we also take unbalanced strategy at first,then we must pay more attention to invest on human capital,in order to make full use of nonlinear mechanisim.(3)The dynamic mechanisms of regional economic system is analyzed systematically based on the synergetics theory ,and conclude that the power of evolution comes from the interactons of individual,compannies and the regional goverment.The paper firstly considers the role of regional government in the process of the evolution.(4)According to the synergetics theory ,the paper concludes that the spatial economic agglomeration,the economic pervation,the change of institution,the division of labour,aren't the power of the regional evolution.Based on the theories of synergetics,the paper also concludes that the key factors on the forming of the parameters are the local resouce,the market demand,the opportunity and the technological change.
