The Enterprise Strategic Decision Under Dissipation Structure Theory Studies

Enterprise is the national economy cell, main body being a society economic activity, its vicissitude has important effect to development of society and the country. Being a enterprise, every branch system such as producing, selling, financial affairs , consciousness of the outside world , science and technology exploitation should be carried out administration, then the best controlling and be in harmony can be get, and overall benefits can be realized ultimatly. Every object can be look upon as a system, systematic common thought exist in our daily life, as a complicated open type system, enterprise exchanges matter, energy and information unceasingly with its environment. An enterprise treated as a system, needs to research to system theory on very big degree to realizing science administration and good development. Dissipation structure theory is one kind of theory studying the opening system being far away from balance state which is a evolvement law from having no order to order. The main aim of this article is applying studying dissipation structure theory to enterprise strategic decision.The thesis focus on dissipating structure theory application in enterprise strategic decision being backed by the physics , chemistry and mathematic analysis method and implement, being tied in entropy theory, dissipation structure theory and enterprise strategic theory, then analyse necessity and importance in dissipating structure theory used in enterprise strategic management, and have analysed and have built the management entropy structural model and dissipation structure structural model of enterprise organize. On analysing the relation between enterprise strategic decision and the connection in enterprises structure, culture, ability, the outside environment, this thesis have analysed the condition of dissipation structure forming in the person of enterprise organization. On analysing the influence the strategic decision used in enterprise organization, this thesis have discussed establishment of enterprise strategic decision in complicated environment.
