The Study Of Intellectual Capital And Technical Innovation

At present, with economic globalization and sustained in-depth and to the rapid development of science and technology, as the modern enterprise, technological innovation which is becoming a competitive advantage to establish market position and improve the competitiveness of the important means of increasing the theoretical community and the practitioners of the universal attention. However, the diversification of commodity production and consumption of services, personalization make tangible assets had to rely mainly on the traditional, large-scale manufacturing environment gradually as the key resource of intellectual capital, production and operation of the new paradigm shift. Therefore, the development of enterprise and use of intellectual capital gradually become the decision of enterprises in the fierce competition in the market to the fore the key factor.In this study, we summed up the intellectual capital at home and abroad on the basis of relevant research, combined with the actual small and medium enterprises, Zhejiang Province, in the spirit of the introduction of intellectual capital in the capital, make a major factor in corporate intellectual capital including human capital, structural capital, relational capital, and Mental capital and other four factors. Through the literature review and rigorous statistical pre-testing analysis, we prepared with good reliability and validity of intellectual capital and technological innovation related to scale. We got the date from Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Shaoxing and Jinhua of Zhejiang Province, and use such SMEs research way to study, the date is from the 131 valid questionnaire recovered from 500 we sent, Finally, basing on research results, we got the following conclusions: 1)add the spirit of the capital into the intellectual capital not only enriches the tradition of intellectual capital to human capital, structural capital and relational capital based on the theoretical framework, while also increases intellectual capital for the role of technological innovation performance. 2) Intellectual Capital in human capital, structural capital, relational capital and spiritual capital is the technological innovation of enterprises has an important influence.Finally, from the technological innovation to improve the performance from the perspective of intellectual capital, combining the SMEs in Zhejiang Province to acquire, use and management were analyzed and the conclusions of this study, we proposed some recommendations and reference to overcome the difficulties and to improve competitiveness, especially in the changes of the development patterns and current financial crisis environment.
