After many years of development, complete business concepts of Agricultural Bank of China have been formed, which are facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers, services in urban and rural areas, rewarding shareholders and making the staff success. Globalization brings both chances and challenges to Agricultural Bank of China. In the process of corporate culture construction of Daqing Branch, it is very important to settle some problems. The first problem is that the staff knows superficially about corporate culture. The second is that some sub-branches are chasing the interests excessively. The third is that the corporate culture is not really constructed. The fourth is that risk management is dim. Daqing Branch proposes to improve the level of management through corporate culture. On the basis of the corporate culture of Agricultural Bank of China and the actual situation of Daqing Branch, learning from successful experiences of corporate culture from home and abroad, developing the honesty, stability and social responsibility of state-owned commercial banks, the Eagle-Wild Goose Style Corporate Culture has been started. Eagle-Wild Goose Style Corporate Culture is nurtured during the management practice. Eagle culture stands for pioneering spirit. Eagle-Wild Goose Style Corporate Culture combines two kinds of spirits, which are pioneering spirit and the spirit of team-corporation. The new pattern of corporate culture has the characteristics of Eagle culture and Wild Goose culture. Eagle-Wild Goose Style Corporate Culture of Daqing Branch aims to cultivate the spirit of pioneering and challenges, to strengthen the organizations internal unity, execution and creativity, to raise the core competitiveness with the corporate culture of innovation of enterprises. This article analyses the current status of the corporate culture of Agricultural Bank of China Daqing Branch. The leaders are aware of the major significance of the enterprise market competition and the pioneering spirit to the development of enterprises. To meet the enterprise development need, to build Eagle-Wild Goose Style Corporate Culture is a difficult task.
