With the management reform and restructuring of the propulsion, enterprise’s valueorientation and the system arrangement is personification, culture as the enterprise the softstrength and ivy of life, for sustainable development efficiency is very important, cancondensed employee’s sense of belonging, enthusiasm and creativity in the developmentprocess of Daqing oil field drilling two company, it form the unique Tie Ren culture, thisculture has a positive profound influence on the development of the company and humanresource management. However, with the changes of times and enterprise management systemreform, conversion of Tie Ren culture birth background lead hardly to fit the organizationmanagement now, to guide enterprise staff’s positive and motivate meet bottleneck. Therefore,under the background of new era, it’s meaningful that give the Tie Ren culture new connotation,coordinated relation of culture and enterprise management especially the human resourcemanagement, and play the enterprise culture in production and operation of the unique function,and then continue this great cultural character and evolution into positive, strive andself-improvement culture system and atmosphere.Based on enterprise culture as the starting point, this paper deeply analysis content andfunction Tie Ren culture and construction current situation, on this basis, build cultural modelsand corresponding human resource management norms, aims to improve positive impact of theTie Ren culture to operation and management. This paper has been divided into5parties.Chapter1elaborates the research background, study situation at home and abroad, content andframework.
