The Research On The Development Of Industrial Clusters' Life Cycle Theory

On the background of economic globalization, the world's market development strategy changes because of the economic situation. Industrial clusters have aroused great concern for its unique advantages to the world's economy. Especially after Porter supplied the notion of industrial cluster and carried on the detailed and deep research, the industrial cluster was more popular. The development strategy of market has evolved from business development strategy to industrial clusters strategy. Porter also pointed out that cluster policy has key influence to industrial clusters. Government should build wide and deep industrial connective relationship according to encourage enterprises through education, research, tax incentives, maintain industrial competitive advantage to help industry innovation and upgrading. And Porter also elaborated the role of government in the industrial cluster development according to diamond model, and made the government get more scholars' attention. In addition. the rapid development of industry clusters can't without the key factor of special markets, and the both interdependence and mutual promotion. Special markets developed with industrial cluster and also promote the development of industry cluster. The research of industrial clusters life cycle is mature in foreign country, but is immature in domestic. So this thesis does research on industrial cluster life cycle from government and market angle.Based on the synthesis of literature study, case study, questionnaire analysis and other methods, from the point of view of the industry and area to analyze the data,Ⅰsum up that cluster's common characters and common problems. Taking Anping screen industrial clusters as a case, I divide its life cycle and analyze the function of government and market in the development process. Through the statistics results of the questionnaire about screen Anping industry cluster shows the data of the relevant factors and confirm the above case's theoretical analysis. This thesis, on the one hand provides the theoretical basis for government playing a part on the different stages of life cycle; on the other hand, the important function of special market and e-commerce to industrial cluster provide job objectives and direction.This thesis is divided into five parts, the chapter one introduction has a research on industrial cluster background and significance, a literature review to industrial cluster life cycle and points out the research contents, methods and this research innovation points, the basic framework of articles. The second part is the analysis about the function of government, market to industrial cluster. The next is the analysis of industrial cluster correlation theory (connotation, the characteristics of the industry, and the sources of competitive advantage), industrial cluster life cycle basic theory (the connotation of industrial cluster life cycle, the characteristics of each stage).The third part is the analysis about government, marker between industry cluster. This part elaborate the necessity of the function of government to industry clusters firstly.Then analyses the function of government in the stages of industrial clusters lifecycle and special, e-commerce to industrial clusters emphatically. The fourth part is the case analysis, the thesis chooses Anping screen industry cluster as case to analyze the function of government in the Anping screen industry cluster formative period, the high speed period and in upgrade process. Meanwhile, I also analyze the function of the Anping wire mesh world, China Anping international wire mesh fair and the application of e-commerce. At last I summarize the result of the questionnaire and analyze the result. The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect; this part summarizes the main conclusion, and has a future prospect on research.
