Research On Dongguan It Industrial Clusters Basing On Cluster Life Cycle

At present, the global financial crisis on China's export manufacturing industry has created a significant impact, the pressure of RMB appreciation, labor, coal and other costs rising and the government introduced the dual-transfer and the cage for birds policies, leading to worrying about Dongguan Industry Status. IT is the core and backbone industry of Dongguan City. In this context, the research on Dongguan IT clusters life cycle and specific indicators makes great significance.In this paper, the third chapter presents industrial structure, product mix, technological structure, invest structure, distribution structure of the IT Industry Clusters in Dongguan. Chapter IV, select the number of enterprises, and GIOV indicators to evaluate the life cycle of the cluster. Concluded that: Dongguan IT industry cluster in the embryonic stage between 1989-1991; 1992-1994 stage of development; 1996-1999 at a formative stage; 2000-2006, at a mature stage; the 2007-2008 recession period ; 2009 - present in the recovery phase. Using the extended C-D produce function, the model conducted that change of the total value of industrial production has a positive relationship with the change of employees number and scale of finance, but has a negative relationship with the capacity of logistics and transportation.Chapter V, according to the results of the model, the paper has proposed three suggestions to Dongguan IT industry clusters: 1.Broaden the financing channels; 2. Increase the supply of labor: labor skills training, the introduction of senior management to improve quality; 3.Distribute to third-party logistics companies, integrate the resources to avoid waste. Logistics services support the enterprise cluster transportation in greatest extend. So the information industry cluster will present a new round of growth in the recovery phase.The significances of this paper are as follows:1.Describe Dongguan IT industry cluster;2.update the cluster life cycle stage.;3.fixed the use of the C-D production function analysis of changes in GIOV; 4.the performance indicators in the logistics and transportation has new expression;5.this paper has a strong practical significance to the enterprises and government.
