An Analysis On The Effectiveness Of Baotou's Poverty Alleviation Fund

In recent years,as our country's economy booming rapidly, the importance of the rural poverty problems becoming more and more distinctive. It is such a serious economical and political problem that is attended by the government leaders and the multitude.This article analyzes not only resource allocation efficiency but alse organization efficiency. I have used both qualitative and quantitative methods analyzed the macro and micro environments that poor farmers are facing combining the questionnaire and other related data, finding out the main factors which result in poverty. On this groundwork, this article analyzes resource allocation efficiency in order to balanced whether the government allocates the poverty resource in such a sequence at the present time. I have made out the judgment that the present resource allocation is generally efficient. Then I have analyzed the organization efficiency with a game model.
