Poverty is our greatest challenge in the Prosperity world, how to promote poverty alleviation and development, how to achieve common prosperity of mankind, which is we pursue justice, fairness and equality of sustainable practices. The intensity and scope of poverty alleviation in Zhejiang Province is much higher than the national average, and to increase the income of peasants. This article is moved down the anti-poverty project in Zhejiang Province as the research object, empirical test of special financial funds into the government, delivery and use efficiency, to improve the efficiency of government poverty alleviation funds for research purposes, to provide reference for the relevant departments to formulate plans, This consists of the following six components.The first part, introduce the research background, significance and research methods, content, and the poor and other related concepts are defended. The second part about the efficiency of the work of the background of poverty alleviation funds; the third part, write about the relocation project in Zhejiang Province and the historical process of poverty alleviation, practice mainly rural poverty in Zhejiang Province on the "move down" introduction ,and the necessity of the project and the historical process; Fourthly ,about the system in Zhejiang Province and the effectiveness of poverty alleviation funds; the fifth part, about the efficiency of poverty reduction, which is about some of the major economic benefit, and summarizes the factors that affect poverty reduction; the six part, whirt about how to improve the efficiency of poverty alleviation funds, from the poverty alleviation funds, funds transfer, investment to make decision.
