Studies On Economic Development In The Minority Region In The Vision Of Scientific Development View

The third plenary session of the 16th central committee of the communist party of China put forward the important topic"view of developing scientifically" , since then, the scientific development view has become the main theme of our times. Development is the eternal theme of human society is bound to achieve the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation requirements. Development is the last word, development is the key to solving all problems of China. This is an important conclusion which was drawn from long-term historical experience of our party and country , and it was summarized by Deng Xiaoping. Moreover, it is a strategy that has been adhered by our party since the reform and opening up. Minority areas is an important part of China, its level of economic development influence the trend of national development. Since reform and opening, through the strong support and efforts of all nationalities, ethnic region's economic development has made remarkable achievements. However, with the further deepening of market economic reform, development gap between ethnic minority areas and developed areas are widening, which promote the ethnic minority to reflect traditional concept of development impact on economic development of minority area. The establishment of scientific development view is a theoretical guidance for breaking the shackles of the traditional concept of development in minority area. In terms of economic significance, scientific development view is the harmonious development of China's economy an important prerequisite. After entering the new century, development strategy for minority region should be identified under the guidance of scientific development view, and be commanded by scientific development view, which need to meet the development needs of all ethnic groups. The development strategy is a strategy that could achieve benefit maximization of most people. This paper studies economic development in the minority region in the vision of scientific development view. Besides the purpose of this research, present research situation of scientific development view and economic theory in minority area are also elaborated in part one. The second part analyzes economic development situation in minority areas, namely, achievements of regional economic, the reasons of minority areas and other regional economic development imbalances. The third part presents necessity of national economic development strategy selection, the matters need attention when formulating the national economic development strategy and specific strategic policy.
