Researching On The Regional Coordinating Development From The Angle Of Scientific View Of Development

The international social development indicated that solving the unbalanced regional development is a worldwide difficult problem. The developed countries also faced with unbalanced regional problems in the process of industrialization in the early stages of development. Because of lack sufficient attention to the unbalanced regional development problems, the developed countries experienced a section quite long and difficult path to achieve balanced development among different regions. Similarly, realizing our country region coordinating development is also a huge system in engineering and the long-term historical process. From the 1949 when the People's Republic of China was established to the late 20th century, our country's regional development strategy experienced on a balanced development strategy, non-balanced development strategy and coordination of development strategy. In the new century, according to the regional development actual situation and the requirements of promoting modern construction, the CPC Central Committee made sires of important statements on the regional development. Formed an overall development strategy for regional coordination with the guidance of scientific view of development. The general secretary of Hu Jintao clearly put forward the report to the 17th National Congress of our Party:"we will continue to carry out large-scale development of the western region, rejuvenate northeast China and other old industrial bases in an all-round way, boost the development of the central region and support the eastern region in taking the lead in development…….We will give more support to the development of old revolutionary base areas, ethnic autonomous areas, border areas and poverty-stricken areas."[1]Coordinated regional development in China entered a new period of development strategy.China has made significant progress in our country's regional development, the east continue to play a leading role in development, the mid and the west areas develop significantly fast, the east, the mid and the west areas are narrowing gradually the development gap, improving distinctly in the pattern of regional development, and coordinating remarkably in regional development. Some unbalanced regional development problems still very prominent, and uncoordinated regional development patterns have not been substantial changed. Coordinated development among regions are still facing many difficulties and challenges and hampered the pace of our country's economic development, social stability and improving people's quality of life in the economic and social development process.Researching in the scientific view of development as a guide for regional coordinated development, and correct understanding of Marxism in China with the newest theoretical results to guide the practice of social development, which better for implementation of our overall strategy for regional development, learning from foreign regional development of advanced models and experience, insisting the people-oriented and exploring regional coordinated development of new models, which plays a major role in promoting the full realization of well-off society.The whole article consists of six chapters:The first chapter is the foreword part, which mainly introduces the purpose and the significance of researching the topic, the domestic and foreign research present situation as well as the research contents and the methods. The second chapter mainly introduces the regional development theories, including the regional balanced development theory and regional non-balanced development theory. The third chapter takes the United States, Japan and Germany as the examples, introducing some successful overseas cases to promote region coordinating development. The fourth chapter mainly introduces the regional development strategy evolution since the founding of the nation. The fifth chapter mainly analysis of current situation of our country's regional development.The sixth chapter proposes countermeasures from different angles of scientific view of development.
