Research Of Economic Development Strategy And Countermeasure On Ethnic Minority Area Of Wuling Mountainous

With the guidance of CCP's ethnic minority policy, the minority economy of China has made great development since the foundation of PRC. After the Third Session of the Eleventh Party Congress, the minority area has earnestly carried out Party's minority policy, insisting on economic construction, accelerating the reform and open pace, actively adjusting economic and industrial structure. The economic development has driven on the fast lane gradually and obtained the delightful achievements. But compared with the other regions, the development of many minority areas are still behindhand relatively, because of the heavy historical burden, the small economic scale, the poor foundation, the backward infrastructures, and the weak economic strength. All of these factors have directly affected the healthy development of the enterprises in the minority areas. Thus we should concentrate our energy to solving principal contradictions and practical significance, that the overall economic strength and competitiveness of the minority areas of China are enhanced.Therefore, this paper regards ethnic minority area of Wuling Mountainous as he research subject. According to the relevant theory of regional economics and development economics, and combining theory and practice, through empirical analysis on the statistical data of Wuling Mountainous nationalities regional economy and social development fields, this paper analyzes Wuling Mountainous ethnic minority area's foundation and current situation of economic development and analyzes and compares comprehensive competence of the economic development of autonomous regions of various nationalities, inside the ethnic minority area. Through a large number of real examples analysis, the author concretes and directs understanding to the economic development of Wuling Mountainous ethnic minority area. Finally, regarding this as the foundation to actual conditions of the Wuling Mountainous ethnic minority area economic development, we combine theoretical direction, propose suggestion and measure economic development in Wuling Mountainous ethnic minority area.
