Catalyzed by IT technology, world economic turns into the accelerating era. As the beginning of the profit circulation, procurement has become the key operation of the enterprise. Procurement management, especially for procurement risk management has been more important for the selection of vendor, continuing supply of raw material, effective control of the cost and product quality, which can ensure the enterprise to win the sharp competition.As the first Sino-US pharmaceutical joint venture in China, GB company has already established a full set of purchasing procedure, but there are still some disadvantages in its procurement risk management. In this paper, we systematically study the procurement risk management of GB, analyze the risk evaluation and management strategy of GB according to the theory of risk analysis and management. Focus on the problem of evaluating risk subjectively and managing risk mainly by monitoring, finally put forward the solutions of Matrix for risk evaluation and long term layout for rmanagement strategy which contributes to the development of GB procurement risk management level. |
