Research On A Company’s Procurement Risk Management

Under the trend of globalization,division and cooperation between enterprises are deepening.As an important link between division of labor and cooperation among enterprise,procurement has become more and more important.However,the complex market competition environment has caused various risks in the procurement,which has caused many difficulties to the operation of the enterprise.Therefore,how should manage the risk of the enterprise effectively and ensure the continuous development of the enterprise is a problem that many enterprises need to solve.This paper is based on the actual situation of A company,studied purchasing risk management theory and A company’s procurement risk management by literature research method,empirical research method,questionnaire survey method and quantitative and qualitative analysis method.Firstly,this paper introduced the related theories of supply chain management and procurement risk management at home and abroad;secondly,based on the A company system analysis,pointed out problems that the current procurement risk management are "lack of system identification" and "lack of procurement risk assessment" and "no real procurement risk control system established" and so on;thirdly,from external environment and internal environment,suppliers,demand and supply chain system and so on five aspects of enterprise,put forward the procurement risk identification model of the system,and uses this model to A company procurement risk of system identification;fourthly,on the basis of literature research,proposed OWA(Ordered weighted averaging)operator multi attribute decision making method on the quantitative procurement risk assessment and combination of questionnaire survey and comparison method on evaluation of qualitative procurement risk.Applied those methods to do quantitative and qualitative evaluation on purchasing risk factors of A company,to ensure that the evaluatio n is scientific and effective,meanwhile,solved possible issue of "paradox" during the quantitative risk evaluation and solved problem of complex and time-consuming on the common qualitative risk assessment method;lastly,put forward the A company’s proc urement risk coping strategies and risk management system.In this paper,the theoretical method and practical application of purchasing risk management are explored and studied.In theory,put forward the system of purchasing risk identification framework of system,discussed the problem of quantitative procureme nt risk assessment by OWA operator multi attribute decision making method as well as the combination of questionnaire and comparison method and its application on qualitative evaluation of procurement risk factors.In practice,the above theoretical research results are applied to the identification,also evaluation of A company’s purchasing risk and the related procurement strategies are put forward.This research enriches the method of procurement risk identification and evaluation,and has practical application value for the identification,evaluation and control of procurement risk of A company and similar enterprises.Finally,how should we do further evaluate the relationship between qualitative and quantitative risk factors,is not involved in this paper due limited by space and time.
