100 years ago, Taylor's books"The Principles of Scientific Management"was published, along with the born of Management. In the past 10 decades Management has gained enormous improvement. Footprint on the road of management history like scientific management, behavioral science, scientific management and humanistic management remember the hardship and progress of Management.How time flies, this is the 2nd decade of 21st century. Standing in front of the Globalization of Economy and the Diversification of human Culture, facing the stage of Web3.0, all of a sudden, Management fails, especially in China. Firstly, Management comes from the western world and focuses on regulation and institution while it doesn't fit China; Secondly, Chinese economy has improved rapidly and China has grown a lot stronger, thus it calls for a new Management pattern of Chinese style. Under this circumstance, the Management of Chinese style was born. It was first introduced by Taiwanese managemenist MR. ZengShiqiang at the 7th decade of 20th century, and has been very popular at mainland these years, many managers try to learn from it, it also attracts attention of many managemenists, drives a new wave of management studying. However, the management of Chinese style didn't catch many eyes in Taiwan. Why? There're 3 reasons.1. The management of western style doesn't fit China; it requires a new management theory match with Chinese management application. It's time.2. Along with the raised of Chinese economy and enterprises, enterpriser becomes more confidence; they want to manage with a unique Chinese style, which is decorated with traditional culture and wisdom.3. More important, Management of Chinese style satisfied some manager's realism thinking, which is the hardest point in traditional Chinese culture, and also the course western Management doesn't fit China.The Science of Management is also the Science to manage people, thus in order to solve the quest of Management one would go back to human nature at last. We can say the development of Management is also the development of the understanding to human nature. Basing on previous Management achievement, according to the evaluation to current Chinese Management circumstance, this document re-explained the"self-free"hypothesis, also the 3 key principles of S-theory. At last, the building of enterprise value basing on S-theory and the application research.This document has five parts excluding introduction, conclusion and expectation.1. Review and analysis of value and enterprise value. This part defines culture, corporate culture, value and enterprise value. Basing on this, this part discusses the relation between corporate culture, enterprise value and core-competitiveness, in order to prove the enterprise is the key to enterprise Management, as the foundation of the following parts.2. This part describes the principles of S-theory. This part first starts with discussing philosophy, especially two different levels of human nature, which is mutual corroborated with S-theory; Secondly, this part re-explain and re-understanding S-theory; At last, this part introduces 3 key principles of S-theory, as the foundation of S-enterprise value.3. The principle and frame of enterprise value under S-theory. The discussion is from 3 aspects. Firstly, usual principle and special principle of enterprise value under S-theory; secondly, the analysis of subjects and objects of enterprise value under S-theory; last, the building of frame of enterprise value under S-theory.4. The origin of enterprise value under S-theory. Next to the last part, this part re-explains enterprise value under S-theory on two aspects: one from culture level to study enterprise value include"self-free", enterprise and human culture; the other one study the origin of enterprise value under S-theory from objective reality, mainly"Toyota Way".5. The analysis of the application of enterprise value under S-theory in Net Dragon China. This part is a case study, mainly from two aspects,"Be"and"Should Be", include analyze result and some suggestions.This study covers a wide range of research documents from the world, assort them and absorb good ideas. We use varieties of method to study Net Dragon China, like data access method, field observation experience method, employee depth interview method, enterprise questionnaire method.
