Research On Operating Mechanism Of The Virtual R & D Alliance Between Enterprises

Tchnologic innovation has become one of the uppermost criteria of judging the core competitiveness for enterprises, especially for high-tech enterprises. Research and development ability is directly related to the innovation capibility of enterprises. How to manage the technical research and development effectively has become an important research topic for an enterprise.Enterprise R&D model has transferred from the old internal research pattern to obtain external technical ability under the circumstance of facing fierce competitaion of R&D capbility.Cooperative R&D----building a virtual R&D alliance has become an important way of technology acquisition. This paper presents the operating mechanism of virtual R&D alliance by applying game theory. And the main content of this article is listed as followed:In this paper, the essential content and characters of virtual r&d alliance are firstly introduced, and then comes the related knowledge of game theory.Basic analysis of game theory and the characters of virtual r&d alliance will be studied by reviewing studies of some predecessors.Secondly, in reference to the previous studies, the author builds a three-stage game model for virtual R & D alliances between enterprises by using game theory. On the base of the static game model, this paper analyzes the impact that virtual r&d alliance has on investment and product market.Again, In view of correlative theory and the theory from Pedecessors, operation mechanism of virtual alliance was designed.
