Research On Trust Mechanism Of Virtual Industry Clusters

In the context of economic globalization and regionalization, virtual industrial clusters formed and it has gradually became the development trend of enterprises organizational form. In practice, virtual industrial clusters still have the problem of low level trust between enterprises which restrict the development of virtual industrial clusters.This paper starts from analyzing the principles of trust and virtual industrial clusters, mainly uses the normative method and focuses on the specialties of virtual industrial clusters. The paper carries through a system research on the virtual industrial cluster's trust mechanism by game theory.After raised the problems, on the base of summary, the paper is developed successively encircling tightly the unique features of virtual industrial clusters that are distinctive from other cluster forms. Firstly, the paper discriminates inter-firm trust relationship of virtual industrial clusters. Secondly, the paper points out the important components of virtual industrial cluster's trust mechanism, including the frame of building trust mechanism in virtual industrial clusters, the producing mechanism and guarantee mechanism of trust.
