Research On Trust Mechanism Of Virtual Enterprise

With the development of information technology and the rapid pace of globalization, traditional enterprise can't satisfy the demand of modern market, and virtual enterprise will become a developing trend of organization in the future. From 1990s research on virtual enterprise is becoming more and more. But the study on trust mechanism of virtual enterprise is rare to see. So it is the demand of reality and also an important task not to be avoided by theory research to carry through a system research on trust mechanism in virtual enterprise theoretically.As to virtual enterprise, trust can cut down transaction costs, reduce the operation risk and enhance running efficiency. But it is a complex work to establish trust mechanism in a virtual enterprise. Using some rational factors of theory research and practice for reference, this paper makes some system and thorough research on trust mechanism in virtual enterprise. During the course of writing, the author gives priority to the standard research, on the same time, combining the qualitative and quantitative analysis. In these researches, the theory of game, economic sociology, social biology, new institution economics, some qualitative description models and some quantitative analysis models are used. Of course, these theories and methods all encircle the unique feature of virtual enterprise.Firstly, this paper propose to establish an estimating system in order to estimate the trust level of subliminal partner through fuzzy synthetic evaluation method. Secondly, based on the external environments and internal conditions, this paper introduce the producing mechanism of virtual enterprise trust relationship. At last, through the study on game theory, this paper discusses the three guarantee measures of trust relationship that fit to virtual enterprise.To sum up, system research on trust mechanism in virtual enterprise is an outstanding characteristic of this paper.
