The harmonious and stable labor relations is the basis for building a harmonious society, after thirty years of reform and development, the labor relations of China have undergone profound and huge changes, also face an unprecedented impact and test. All kinds of labor relations in a variety of different forms of ownership in the economy are becoming increasingly complex in turmoil and the evolution, the labor relations conflicts between the two main subjects constantly increasing, and thus adjustment of labor relations have become increasingly prominent.The transformation from a planned economy to a market economy is the most striking event in the late 20th century. China's banking system from the "whole unification" banking system development to the main state-owned commercial banks, joint-stock commercial banks, city commercial banks and other non-bank financial institutions co-exist in the banking system. This article analyses based on the specific background of China's socialist economic system reform, opening up and economic of the globalization, combing the study of labor relations theories, introduce and study respectively the Dunlop model,Sandver theory model as well as the strategies choice model as a theoretical support for the entire study and the basis for later analysis. Based on the overall labor relations theory, this article compares different countries (mainly developed countries, countries in transition and developing countries) of the labor relations model and its features, which is very helpful for draw on the construction of harmonious labor relations of state-owned commercial banks.In the reference model based on the above, the article build the target model of labor relations in transition of the state-owned commercial banks, and analyze the existing problems of labor relations in the state-owned commercial banks in China, such as the tripartite coordination body to be further clarified, the general staff in a weak position, role of trade unions is weak, human resource management problems, the same work but with the different pay, lack of effective labor dispute settlement mechanism and so on. Finally, based on the analysis of the problems and the cause of the problems, and according to the actual state-owned commercial banks, raised the goal coordination of labor relations of the state-owned commercial banks, from the two aspects of government and commercial banks,some policy recommendations are given in order to the new situation to seek to establish harmonious and stable labor relations.
