In recent years, great attention has been paid to the importance of execution in improving the efficiency of enterprises. According to Larry Bossidy and Ram Charan, deficiency of executive force is a common problem in enterprises throughout the world, and the survival and development of an enterprise mainly depend on its ability to execute in the fierce market competition. To enhance enterprise's execution, corporate strategy, personnel and operation flow should be taken into consideration. A big issue confronting the enterprises in our country is the deficiency of executive force that restricts the development and competitiveness of enterprises.With the theory of execution, the research focuses on the analysis of the executive ability of the employees in Lanzhou Chengguan Branch of China Construction Bank, by employing questionnaire. The research concludes that the focus of the improvement of execution should put stress on the following strategies:(1) to encourage the executive culture of the enterprise, (2) to establish an effective and incentive payment system, (3) to constitute a learning organization, and (4) to set up a complete and scientific evaluation and monitoring system. |
