In the 21st century, with the rapid development of science and technology and economic globalization, human beings have entered the era of knowledge economy. Knowledge, network and globalization become the basic trend of economic development. Market fluctuation has become accelerated because of increasing fierce competition between modern enterprises. In the face of unprecedented challenges, the only way of enterprises for survival and development is to implement a general strategic management.Zhengzhou Sitong Automobile Parts Co., LTD has been operated in a fixed model for a long period of time. The development bottleneck has not been broken because of low starting point and slow progress. As the increasing fierce industry competition, for the sake of invincible, we must change the idea and recognize new situations in order to formulate the development strategy that fits to the actual situations of company. Therefore, the main issue that our company face is how to select and implement the development strategy scientifically to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on this starting point, the paper analyses the development strategy of Zhengzhou Sitong Automobile Parts Co., LTD.. In this paper, feasible development strategy selection and implementation plan is put forward for the company's future development in the research mode of insisting on the theory with practice, from outside to inside, and from easy to difficult. In this paper, PEST analysis is used to analyze firstly the company's opportunities and threats of the external environment. Secondly we analyze the advantages and disadvantages of enterprise's resources, ability and the situation. Then we get several strategic combinations through SWOT analysis. And then we select a feasible strategy through quantitative analysis to develop the middle and long-term goals of enterprise for future development guiding. Finally, we make the measures of implementation and control of enterprise strategy. Under the basis of sufficient combination with actual situations, this paper proposes selection and implementation plan of the company development strategy which is feasible, operational and creative.The author thinks, in order to accelerate the company development, the company has to seize the opportunities of external environment and depend on the current original production, marketing and capital advantages. The company can lower operating costs and increase the company's competition ability by operating the three companies in one uniform. On the basis of consolidating existing sales market, the company should expand other market through its own ability and increase social notability through existing industry notability of the company. The company should diversify the relevant product through making full use of existing marketing ability and resource advantage.
