Auto industry is the prime mainstay of modern manufacturing industry, which plays an important role in national economy. And auto parts and components are the backbone of the whole auto industry. In recent years, China's automobile production increased dramatically, which promotes auto parts and components industry. China's auto parts and components industry is a promising industry. However, the circulation system of them faces a great quantity of problems. To sum up, the auto parts and components market could be described as in disorder. From the aspect of system theory, the auto parts and components circulation system is a complicated one that contains many factors. At present, the disorder status of their circulation is a kind of systematic function disadjustment to some degree. To improve the function of the system, we need to take all relative factors into account, combine it with the exterior circumstances, and reform the interior factors harmoniously.The thesis, on the basis of economics and administration, utilizes the commodity circulation theory, produce-sale system, marketing system, strategic management theory, etc. With qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and systematic analysis method, based on the present situation of China's auto industry, it concretely analyzes the framework of china's produce-sale system of auto parts and components. The thesis emphasizes on designing the systematic reconstruction scheme of China's sales system of auto parts and components, in order to provide some academic references and practical suggestions for China's auto industry to solve the problem of auto parts and components circulations.The whole thesis is divided into three parts. In chapter one, it analyzed the real status of auto parts and components industry from the aspects of both domestic market demand and domestic market supply. In chapter two, it at first analyzed the produce-sale system of auto parts and components in theory then compared the domestic and foreign produce-sale systems of auto parts and components on its base, furthermore, it analyzed deeply the problem in China's produce-sale systems of auto parts and components. Either produce-sale separating system or produce-sale combining system has its own advantages and disadvantages, and produce-sale combination is the widely adopted produce-sale system in the world, whichdetermines the popular marketing modes in the world. China should adopt diverse marketing modes, namely auto store modes as mainstream, monopolist modes as assistant, rent marketing modes as supplement, direct sale through network modes as direction. In chapter 3, it put forward the systematic reconstruction scheme of China's sales system of auto parts and components. Based on the status and the stress of circulation adjustment, large scale circulation, integration of marketing system and chain store should be realized.
