Study On The Converting Of Consumption Structure And Environmental Effects For Rural Life Energy In China

Energy is the material basis of the survival and development of human society, a fundamental driving force for economic growth and development. Rural life energy is developed and utilized nearby in the light of local conditions in rural areas. Rural life energy is for cooking, lighting, heating, cultural and recreational consumer of energy in rural households.In our consumption structure of rural life energy, such as crop straw and firewood are the main source of biomass energy, the consumption proportion of coal and other commodity energy is relatively small. There is a big defect about the traditional consumption way of rural life energy, energy efficiency is very low, only about 10%. not caused the waste of energy resources, but also caused serious damage to the environment, affecting the health of the rural population, and rural economy and society is not conducive to harmonious and sustainable development.According to the authoritative data of China Energy Statistical Yearbook, analyze the basic features of the structural transformation of rural life energy through the study of rural energy consumption level and changes in the structure during 1991-2007; estimate the number of major pollutants in the energy consumption of rural life by emission factor method, such as SO2(sulfur dioxide). NOx (nitrogen oxides). TSP (total suspended participate) for characterization of integrated environmental effect; and make a comprehensive analysis of income levels and energy prices and other factors on the use of rural life energy structure conversion.In order to solve effectively the problem of rural life energy consumption, countries should strengthen energy planning and institution building, improve the rural energy market system, innovate energy production technologies, develop prior renewable energy, particularly strengthen the rural biogas construction, protect rural life energy supply, satisfy the growing needs of the rural social life energy. In addition, the whole society should increase the awareness of energy saving, change the backward production and life, optimize consumption structure of rural life energy, save energy and reduce emissions, protect the ecological environment, promote rural economy, society and environment comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development and make the harmony between human and nature.
